Cognitive, not behavioural
We measure how a person engages with AI — not their productivity, attendance, or output volume.

Individual sovereignty
Every individual owns their cognitive map. Even within enterprise deployments, personal data is theirs to control.

Consent before capture
No mapping begins without informed, revocable consent. Refusal is a recognised right, not a flag.

Professional oversight
Reports requiring interpretation are reviewed by certified Atosenographists bound to a published code of conduct.

Aggregate over individual
Organisations see team patterns, not individual rankings. Aggregation is structural, not optional.

Audit trail by design
Every access, every decision, every export is recorded. Regulators, employees, and admins see the same record.
What XeXina does not do.
01 · The Hard Lines
The trust layer is defined as much by what we refuse as by what we offer.
No productivity scoring
XeXina does not measure output, hours worked, keystrokes, response time, or any other proxy for productivity. It is not a performance management tool, and it cannot be repurposed as one.

No surveillance functionality
No screen capture. No keylogging. No location tracking. No real-time monitoring of any kind. The platform measures cognitive engagement during a defined session; not continuously.

No firing or hiring decisions
XeXina results are not designed for, and contractually cannot be used for, dismissal, redundancy selection, hiring rejection, or any adverse employment decision.

No covert deployment
An individual cannot be mapped without their knowledge. Mandatory mapping without explicit consent voids the licence and breaches the professional code of every certified Atosenographist.

No model training on customer data
Customer cognitive data is not used to train the underlying measurement models, AI systems, or any derivative product. Improvement of XeXina's instruments occurs through synthetic, consented research datasets only.

No data resale
Cognitive data is never sold, brokered, licensed to third parties, or used for advertising. It is held in trust for the individual and the organisation that commissioned the mapping.

02 · Data Sovereignty
A cognitive map is the most personal document we can produce about a person. Treating it accordingly is not optional.
Right of access
Receive a complete copy of every cognitive map produced about you, in human-readable and machine-readable formats.
Every individual mapped through XeXina retains permanent ownership of their cognitive data — even when the mapping is commissioned and paid for by their employer. Enterprise deployments are structured around this principle, not around it.
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, this is not a courtesy; it is a requirement. We have built the architecture to honour it directly, rather than retrofit compliance after the fact.

Right of portability
Export your cognitive data in standard formats. Take it with you when you leave an organisation.
Right of deletion
Request permanent deletion of your cognitive map at any time. Confirmed in writing within thirty days.
Right of correction
Request correction of any factual error in your associated profile data, with documented audit trail.

Withdraw consent for ongoing or future mappings without penalty, employment consequence, or commercial impact
Built to satisfy the oversight requirement.
Article 14 of the EU AI Act mandates meaningful human oversight of high-risk AI systems. The Act came into force in 2024 and is now in active rolling enforcement through 2026 and 2027.
Article 14 specifies that oversight must be exercised by people who genuinely understand the system's capabilities and limitations, can detect and address anomalies, and can override automated decisions when necessary. Policy documents and training certificates do not satisfy this requirement.
XeXina is the measurement infrastructure that produces the evidence regulators are starting to ask for.

03 · PROFESSIONAL OVERSIGHT
Confidentiality
I will not disclose, discuss, or reference an individual's cognitive map outside the scope authorised by them and the commissioning organisation.
A measurement instrument is only as trustworthy as the professionals who interpret it. Atosenography is a defined profession, governed by an independent body, with a published code of conduct binding every certified practitioner.
Arc on AI Studies is the governance body for the Atosenography profession, founded by Christian E.N. Essoh to establish standards, certification, and ethics for the discipline. It operates independently of Easberg Ltd's commercial activities.
Every Atosenographist who reviews a XeXina report is bound to the declarations below. Breach of any declaration is grounds for revocation of certification.

Non-coercion
I will not interpret a cognitive map in a manner intended to justify, advance, or rationalise an adverse employment decision.

Independence
I will exercise interpretive judgement independent of pressure from the commissioning organisation, including pressure to produce flattering or unfavourable readings.

Continuing competence
I will maintain my competence through ongoing certification, peer review, and continuing professional development as defined by Arc on AI Studies.

Disclosure of conflict
I will disclose any actual, potential, or perceived conflict of interest before accepting a review engagement, and will recuse where necessary.

Duty of care to the individual
Where an interpretation may carry significant consequence for an individual, I will exercise heightened diligence and will, where necessary, escalate concern to Arc on AI Studies for independent review.

If you believe a XeXina measurement, an Atosenographist's conduct, or the platform itself has fallen short of the standards on this page, contact us directly. Concerns raised in good faith are reviewed within five working days, and where appropriate are escalated to Arc on AI Studies for independent investigation.
