No. The waitlist is a non-binding expression of interest. It allocates your place in the Founding Programme queue and triggers our onboarding response, but creates no commercial obligation. Commercial terms are agreed in writing only after you have reviewed scope and timeline.

Am I committing to anything by joining the list?

Do I need to acquire ATOSEN before joining?

No. ATS is the operating currency of the platform, but acquisition happens at the onboarding stage — not before. For Organisation and Enterprise tiers, we can settle in GBP, USD, or EUR via standard wire transfer, with ATS allocated on your behalf if you prefer.

How is my data handled?

Your details are processed by Easberg Ltd under UK and EU GDPR, used solely for XeXina waitlist onboarding, and never sold or shared with third parties. You can request access, correction, or deletion at any time by writing to data@atosecond.com.

Can I invite my team to apply alongside me?

Yes. For Organisation and Enterprise tiers, you will receive an invite link in your onboarding email that lets you add colleagues without each one filling this form. Founding Customer status is awarded to the organisation, not the individual.

What if my tier changes between now and onboarding?

Tell us in your onboarding email reply. Tier is reassessed at the onboarding stage based on actual scope, not the initial selection. The selection on this form is indicative, not binding.
